Job Overview

As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition you will develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs that result in exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, and the procurement of strong talent. In this role, you will direct the day-to-day activities of the recruitment team as well as consult on talent acquisition practices across all functional areas of DFW International Airport. What you will be doing:

 

•     Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters to efficiently recruit strong talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. 

•     Design and manage programs, events, and campaigns to build a talent community of ‘passive’ candidates and drive recruiting strategy to meeting hiring goals.

•     Develop and maintain a college/trade schools recruiting strategy and partnership.

•     Evaluate the current hiring process and introduce best-practices to streamline and enhance the quality-of-hire and overall client experience.

•     Develop recruiting metrics and analytics that provide insights and drive decisions, and measure, track, and report on recruitment performance against defined goals. 

•     Strengthen the brand of the Talent Acquisition team by continuously delivering beyond expectations and communicating successes and wins through the organization.

•     Partner with HR Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to pro-actively facilitate workforce planning and forecasting activities. 

•     Create an effective employer branding strategy and employee value proposition that is aligned with DFW Airport vision and core values to attract and hire exceptional and diverse talent.

•     Oversee the applicant tracking system including recommendations for and facilitation of upgrades with recruiting and internal IT partners.

 

What you need:

 

•     Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or related field.

•     Five (5) or more years of progressive, related recruiting experience including work with Affirmative Action & Diversity strategies and a strong background in HR disciplines.

•     Three (3) years or more experience in successful leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.

•     Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.

•     Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license.

 

Desirable:

•     PHR/SPHR Certification.
