DFW Airport is looking for our next great Customer Programs Training Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in the execution of training efforts for the DFW Ambassador Volunteer Program. What you will be doing:
Manage creation and delivery of instructor-led training programs, both virtually and in-person, to educate, develop, and orient volunteers performing various duties that assist customers or represent the airport at events and activities. Utilizes appropriate training, adult learning concepts and facilitation skills.
Develop and implement training materials, announcements, surveys, and calendars for the Ambassador Volunteer Program; coordinate training classes and volunteer pre-screening for all Ambassador Program volunteers. Recommends enhancements in training programs and materials used.
Present training information in a large group and one-on-one format using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
Performs analytics on training program data, including attendance and demographics, in the online volunteer management database. to evaluate trends and effectiveness.
Coordinate the training budget, forecast costs and identify cost-effective training solutions.
Recommend and source external resources to provide enhanced learning opportunities for volunteers and Ambassador Program staff. Respond to operational needs in the absence of the Customer Programs Coordinator.
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, industrial relations, communications, or marketing.
One (1) year of professional level experience in training and presentation development, including coordinating with vendors, monitoring training effectiveness and using technology to enhance training programs.
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
