What You Will be Doing
Facilitates coordination and works with Communications & Marketing, the Diversity Leadership Council, ERGs, HR, and other DFW Departments to ensure proper event planning and execution.
Implements initiatives of the long- and short-term engagement and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) business objectives
Develops and makes decisions regarding the content of the DE&I, Diversity Leadership Council and Employee Resource Group intranet sites on Connected Online with current rosters, activities and other information related to respective Employee Resource Groups including photos and articles
Partners with Training and Development on diversity-related training programs.
Supports DE&I Manager with benchmarking, researches and analyzes effectiveness of Airport’s diversity efforts by staying informed of leading diversity trends and issues.
Monitors and reconciles programs/procedures in the areas of engagement and workforce diversity events.
Analyzes, reconciles, and updates various diversity reports, workforce demographics, as well as assists with utilization analysis reports to support diversity at the Airport.
Manages the coordination and implementation of all engagement and DE&I events by providing logistical support, speaker selection and fee negotiation, catering, audio/visual support, and any other necessary support for DFW Employee Resource Groups, HR Department engagement events and assist with Board-wide related functions.
Coordinates all initiatives to support and counsel Employee Resource Groups with cultural events and establishes relationships with external Diversity community.
Assist DE&I Manager with information for the ESG report and the Affirmative Action Plan and other related reports.
Analyzes and reconciles the Diversity budget and processes payments for Diversity related functions.
Partners in the overall implementation of DE&I in relation to recruiting initiatives; professional development and engagement to attract and retain a diverse workforce and ensuring that all HR policies and practices fully integrate diversity.
What You Need
Completion of a high school curriculum or equivalent
Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience with an emphasis on event planning
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license.
