Job Overview
Do you enjoy supporting continuous improvement initiatives and working with a diverse group of employees and stakeholders to finish a project? If you answered yes, then the Concessions Project Coordinator role is for you! The Concessions Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and project tracking of multiple Request for Proposal (RFP) issuances in various stages from RFP development to the point of awarding a space. There will also be some assistance with event planning, budget allocation, data analysis, and various departmental projects.
What you will be doing:
Develops project plans, monitors progress, and reports development and implementation status to management using project management and reporting tools.
Analyzes project plans to establish adequate resources and equipment requirements.
Coordinates multiple projects simultaneously both as an individual and team member.
Provides support to Tenant Project Managers to ensure that build-out schedules are coordinated with the RFP project schedule.
Prepares and analyzes proformas and develops recommendations.
Coordinates all aspects of community events for RFPs.
Develops and establishes relationships across the organization to ensure projects are successfully implemented.
Prepares status reports and keeps the leadership team informed of progress and issues.
Aligns with all sections within the concessions department to develop project plans.
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in project management field.
Two (2) years of experience developing project plans and tracking results to plan.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license.
What we desire:
Knowledge of MicroStrategy, Appian and PROPworks software.
Experience with contract Microsoft Office.
