Join our team as a Senior Database/Systems Administrator, playing a pivotal role in the administration, management, and maintenance of enterprise server, storage, and database systems. Embark on an exhilarating journey that enhances operations and efficiency.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

Tech Mastermind: Install, configure, patch, and upgrade operating systems, databases, and administration tools to ensure seamless operations.

Performance Navigator: Monitor system resources and processes daily, maintaining peak efficiency.

Logs Analyst: Review system and application logs, ensuring successful job completions.

Security Sentinel: Manage system security, safeguarding individual accounts and privileges.

Storage Stewardship: Assist in administering and maintaining enterprise storage for optimal data management.

Disaster Recovery Strategist: Develop, test, and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure preparedness.

Setting New Standards: Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of standards and procedures.

 

What You'll Need:

Tech Expertise: An Associate degree in computer science, business, mathematics, or a related field, with six years of experience in database management (Oracle and SQL Server).

Versatility and Adaptability: Equivalent combinations of education and experience are welcome.

Navigator's License: Possession of a valid class C driver's license.

Tech Navigator: Knowledge of database application development and Unix/Linux shell scripting.

Team-Player Extraordinaire: Ability to work independently and collaboratively to manage databases and systems.

On-Call Aviator: Preparedness to respond to critical production issues on an on-call 24x7 basis.

 

Special Requirement:

Secure the Badge: Obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Airport Identification/Access Badge in accordance with requirements.
