As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will assist with the creation and implementation of standardized procedures and numerous processes that benefit the customer experience. Working directly under the Senior Customer Experience Programs Manager, you will provide budget control and coordinate project tracking of multiple projects in various stages in designated areas of the Customer Experience department. You'll have the opportunity to work with a growing and highly visible team that is passionate about serving customers from around the world.
