Job Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you will work collaboratively with other departments to identify opportunities and challenges for promoting the DFW brand and improving its reputation among customers, stakeholders, and employees. Under the general direction of the Senior Marketing Manager, assists in the development and execution of strategic marketing and advertising campaigns for the Airport's earned, owned, and paid channels to expand and improve the DFW Airport Brand among customers and stakeholders and achieve the goals and key results, according to the strategic plan.
What you will be doing:
- Develop marketing strategies that support the Airport's revenue-generating products and services, including Parking, Concessions, and others.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies and the internal creative team. Review content for all channels to ensure that it adheres to specifications from the brief and DFW brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other department leaders to identify opportunities and challenges for specific DFW products and services. Write strategy and creative briefs and project-manages creative development and production process of marketing materials.
- Provide direction, mentoring and has dotted-line oversight of the daily duties of junior members of the Marketing team
- Track marketing budget for assigned projects, including digital and traditional media, creative development, and production
- Measure, analyze results, and create reports to assess marketing performance and to refine tactics or strategies.
- Develop marketing strategies to support large internal programs and initiatives
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in marketing or brand management (agency or client-side).
- Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
- Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
What we desire:
- Knowledge of Spanish or other foreign language(s)
- B2C and B2B marketing and advertising
- CRM marketing experience
