Are you a strong communicator with a knack for visualizing data insights? We're seeking a talented Associate Data Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis and make a real impact on enhancing customer experiences at DFW Airport. In this role, you'll leverage your exceptional communication skills to convey insights effectively, both orally and in writing. Your visualization skills will be put to the test as you create engaging dashboards and reports to drive actionable strategies. Get hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools like Tableau, SQL, Python, and more. We value proficiency and offer opportunities for continuous skill development. Work closely with various departments to identify reporting needs and opportunities for maximizing customer satisfaction. Your ability to build effective relationships will be crucial in driving collaborative efforts.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the planning and management of various Customer Experience performance data and metrics such as wait time and passenger queue time; build both operational and executive dashboards for touchpoint analysis; outline KPIs around usage, churn, and engagement; identify strategic and tactical action for optimization.
  • Apply statistical analysis to generate predictive analytics for passenger information such as parking ride times, TSA wait times, and other `count' data.
  • Document research methods, programming codes, and field observations on all CX data related projects.
  • Develop data visualization and dashboard solutions that provides business insights.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as ITS, Concessions, Parking, and Global Strategies to identify reporting needs and opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure data integrity across all channels and sources.
  • Perform in-depth quantitative analysis to identify key trends, emerging issues, and opportunities to optimize budget spend, improve customer experience, and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you need:

  • One (1) year of experience in data analytics, business, statistics, or related field.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
  • Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
  • Comfortable commuting to DFW Airport in person. 

What we desire:

  • Degree in Data Science.
  • Certificate in Statistical Analysis, Business Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Market Research, etc.
  • Specific experience related to airport, airline, or aviation customer service operations.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with Snowflake cloud data warehousing.
