Are you ready to soar to new heights and take charge of transforming airports into modern marvels?  We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior DCC Project Manager. As the gatekeeper of aviation innovation, you'll play a crucial role in planning, programming, and implementing the development of airport facilities projects. As our Senior DCC Project Manager, you'll coordinate and implement the programming of development projects, overseeing architects, engineers, and other consultants in the creation of awe-inspiring airport facilities. Your mission, includes managing project quality control, ensuring cost containment, and overseeing the implementation of projects that will leave a lasting impression on the aviation landscape.


What you will be doing:

  • Coordinates and implements the programming of development projects assigned to the Design, Code and Construction Department.
  • Oversees architects, engineers and other consultants in the programming, planning, design and construction of projects in accordance with airport design criteria and codes; drives in Airfield Operations Area (AOA) and accesses all forms of construction in progress.
  • Manages project quality control, cost containment, timeliness, and environmental compliance.
  • Reviews detailed budget and project status reports.
  • Administers project budgets, cost estimates, schedules, and change orders. 6. Interacts with airlines, airport tenants, FAA, local, state, and federal agencies, and other public agencies involved in airport development projects.
  • Assists in construction site inspection and construction oversight of architectural/engineering design projects.
  • Provides overall project responsibility for variety of projects and tasks.


What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
  • Over five (5) years of experience in planning and execution of engineering projects. ·
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience. ·
  • Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience to equal two (2) years of work experience for 1 year of education may be substituted for the above.
  •  Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
