What you will be doing:
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to plan, program, and implement airport development projects that align with our strategic vision.
- Oversee architects, engineers, and consultants, ensuring that all projects meet airport design criteria and codes. You'll also monitor quality control, cost containment, and timeliness.
- Track and manage project budgets, schedules, and changes, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Interact with various DFW departments, tenants, airlines, and governmental agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Get hands-on with construction site inspections and architectural/engineering design projects, ensuring that everything is up to standard.
- From design to construction to close-out, you'll be responsible for the overall success of a variety of exciting projects.
- Play a crucial role in the continuous improvement and expansion of DFW Airport, one of the world's premier airports.

What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
- At least three (3) years of experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced aviation/airport capital program environment. You've got strong experience working with architects, engineers, and airport departments.
- Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
- Possession of a valid Class C driver's license
