At Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) Airport, we're looking for a talented Concessions Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll analyze complex contracts, coordinate exciting programs, and ensure our concession operations meet the highest standards. What you will be doing:
- Conducts inspections of concessionaire operations in the terminals and other Airport Board properties to ensure compliance with their contract as well as local, State and federal laws. Inspections may require off-site verification.
- Analyzes complex contracts to establish a plan to review and verify concessionaire compliance with contract provisions such as rental payments, insurance, sales reports, financial bonds, street pricing, store standards, and other contractual provisions as needed.
- Reports results for the Mystery Shop Program and awards business partners for excellence. Manages compliance for price audits and works with business partners to find solutions for improving customer service.
- Communicates in writing, orally and prepares presentations with concessionaires and Department Managers concerning contract compliance and customer service issues and engages directly with business partners to identify solutions and develop action plans for compliance, customer experience, and operational efficiencies.
- Works with Concessions leadership to identify consumer trends that drive revenue or support customer experience and provides administrative support for new revenue opportunities.
- Creates presentations and documents to illustrate new potential concessions operations and processes.
- Creates, compares and verifies maps, documents and marketing collateral that promote concessions operations.
- Captures and maintains concessions contract activity. Analyzes data to prepare a variety of reports for Concessions and Airport management.
- Coordinates work within department managers across the organization to ensure mutual efforts toward compliance and assists in responding to and resolving audit findings.
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve concession operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
- Develops and implements project tracking systems to ensure the timely contracting and implementing of projects. Coordinates classes, events, and special programs for concessionaire employee participation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, public administration, business administration or a related field.
- Two (2) years of responsible experience project development, consumer research, marketing or administering and interpreting contracts and the payment provisions thereof.
- Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
- Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
