Are you passionate about creating a world-class customer experience using data analytics, trend analysis, and data-driven decision making? DFW Airport invites you to join our Customer Experience Insights and Analytics team for a dynamic 10-week summer internship. As a CX Insights and Analytics Intern, you'll engage in a hands-on project focused on research, data analytics and trend analysis related to our airport consumer insights group.
What you will be doing:
You will play a pivotal role in our annual Parking Benchmark study for the Transportation Business Unit, taking on a position that involves several aspects of consumer insights. With the guidance of the Consumer Insights Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the success of this significant project. Your responsibilities will encompass survey programming, ensuring meticulous sample management, and executing comprehensive data analysis and visualization.
You will also actively contribute to various ad hoc studies while engaging in end-to-end research functions to provide valuable insights to our internal clients, support other research initiatives, and participate in secondary research on pertinent topics. Finally, you will lend your experience to the analysis of our Customer Satisfaction study, adding depth to your experience and contributing to our boarder understanding of consumer preferences.
