Job Overview
Are you an expert in roofing and waterproofing with a knack for management? We are looking for a dedicated Roofing and Waterproofing Program Manager to join our team! Under the general direction of the Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you will apply your technical and managerial expertise to develop and administer building roofing and waterproofing programs for the ETAM Department.
What you will be doing:
- Program Development: Develop, recommend, and implement policies and procedures for roofing and waterproofing programs.
- Condition Evaluations: Supervise consultant condition evaluations of roofing and waterproofing systems, identify deficiencies, and program capital and O&M resources for maintenance and repair.
- Project Management: Manage the design and construction of major roofing and waterproofing projects.
- Daily Maintenance: Administer daily roofing and waterproofing maintenance activities, including corrective and preventative maintenance.
- Contract Management: Manage major roofing and waterproofing contracts, including scheduling, payment activities, material and labor reviews, and communications with contractors and their representatives.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain the preventative and corrective maintenance database using INFOR and respective maintenance forms.
- Leak Log Administration: Administer and maintain the Leak Log.
- Capital Improvements: Develop, administer, and maintain the Roofing and Waterproofing Capital Improvements Program.
- Complaint Response: Respond to customer and program-identified leak complaints and direct all roofing and waterproofing contractor repair activities, including setting priorities and schedules.
- Communication: Communicate with customers and Airport officials to prioritize, schedule, and coordinate roofing and waterproofing work.
- Information Database Administration: Administer the roof management information database.
- Code Enforcement: Conduct code enforcement reviews and inspections of roofing and waterproofing plans and construction work for all Airport construction projects.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Four (4) years of professional-level experience in roofing and waterproofing work.
- One (1) year of supervisory experience in roofing and waterproofing work.
- Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above requirements.
- Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
