Job Overview
As the Sr. Parking Product Manager, you will lead product lifecycle planning for DFW's Prebooked Parking Online. You will launch new products, enhance the end-to-end customer experience, optimize customer acquisition/retention, and increase customer lifetime value. Success hinges on an innovative mindset, enthusiasm for product design, navigating ambiguity, passion for new technology, and earning cross-functional buy-in. What you will be doing
- Drives overall parking product strategy, including designing, developing, and executing on the product roadmap.
- Develops and manages optimal parking product offerings both digital and physical, to maximize revenue and optimize the customer experience including new online product offerings, nested premium lots, value-added services, bundling of products, differential pricing by garage etc.
- Develops strategy and tactics to maximize customer acquisition and retention through use of booking software, promotions, industry outreach programs and digital marketing analytics.
- Manages the optimization of the customer booking journey by analyzing digital marketing KPIs (Conversion Rate, Click-Through Rate etc.), and developing A/B testing strategies.
- Drives increased customer lifetime value thru optimal product offerings based on analytics and integration with DFW's CRM tool.
- Leads data science and machine learning efforts to increase revenue, provide advanced analytic insights to segment customers, and increase marketing effectiveness.
- Drives the development and implementation of automated customer service enhancements, including the full-scale deployment of chatbots.
- Leads cross-functional projects comprising key stakeholders and develops creative solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manages vendor relationships, acting as DFW's liaison with respect to product functionality, development, and testing.
- Collaborates with DFW Airport Communications & Marketing Department and other stakeholders to maximize potential revenue and awareness and promotion of DFW parking products and programs including specific promotional and travel industry programs to create opportunities for product sampling, upselling and bringing DFW Airport Parking "Top of Mind" as a preferred choice when traveling.
- Tracks, analyzes and assesses market changes in local off-airport parking facilities, Ground Transportation options and other customer options for accessing DFW Airport to ensure DFW Airport parking remains price and value competitive
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, statistics, economics, marketing, retail management or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in the travel industry, marketing, business development, finance, product management, or related field
- Two (2) years of supervisory/project/product management experience
- Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above
Desirable
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with a major airport or airline.
- Strong product management, digital marketing, and analytical skills.
