As the Senior Talent and Organizational Development Manager, you will lead a team of learning and development professionals in the design and delivery of objective based talent development solutions (e.g., training, development, assessment, mentoring, coaching). In this role, you will focus on addressing high-impact development needs to drive a culture of leadership, people development and high-performance organizational results for our more than 2,000 Board employees. Equipping employees with these strengths will promote both airport’s key results of maximizing business performance and promoting employee engagement.
What you will be doing:
Leading, coaching, and developing a team to efficiently design, create and deliver live, virtual, and blended learning solutions to meet organizational needs.
Analyzing and selecting the most appropriate strategies, methodologies, and technologies to maximize the learning experience and impact.
Establishing and managing a curriculum for employees, supervisors, and management.
Overseeing the development and maintenance of learning and development resources in the learning management system (LMS) to ensure user engagement.
Applying a data-driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of learning and development solutions and evaluating instructor performance to improve results.
Managing vendor relationships for talent development solutions related to purchased, developed, or facilitated content. Properly vetting new vendors, as needed.
Providing organization development and coaching services, and support to mid-managers to addressing specific organizational challenges and/or opportunities.
Designing and managing the effective execution of the talent planning strategy and performance management tools, training, and processes.
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree with significant course work in training, organizational development, human resources, instructional design, adult education, or a related field.
Five (5) years of professional experience in managing blended talent development solutions throughout their lifecycle (production-deployment-maintenance).
Three (3) years of successful experience in leading a talent and/or organization development team.
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.

Knowledge of the principles and techniques of adult education and accelerated learning concepts for curriculum and training design, and associated materials.
Knowledge of organizational development (including Talent Management, OD and/or OE-related practices).
Analytical capability in evaluating operations, training programs, instructors or material, and presenting data-driven insights and trends.
Adept with a variety of learning management systems, multimedia training platforms and mainstream authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe e-learning Suite, Captivate, HTML5, Flash).

Proven project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Solid consultative and diagnostic skills.
Analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends.
Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills.
