As a Legal Department Administrator, you will maintain and monitor contracts between the Board and outside counsel law firms. You will also report monthly departmental expenses and litigation status to General Counsel, maintain and process permit requests, and assist in responding to discovery requests. Under the supervision and general direction of the Board’s General Counsel you will perform Legal Department administrative functions to include acting as the liaison between outside counsel and Board staff regarding litigation.

• Bachelor’s or higher degree business or accounting together with a minimum of two years of employment experience performing general administrative functions preferably in a law office or legal department
• Four (4) years of employment experience performing general administrative functions preferably in a law office or legal department
• Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
• Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license.
