Job Overview

As the Quality Control Technician, in the Customer Experience department, you will perform regular evaluations of facilities and surrounding areas to identify maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness issues inconsistent with standards.  Under general direction of the Custodial Services Manager, conducts evaluations of custodial contractor service for the Customer Experience Department on assigned shift. 

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain written reports, logs, and other documents as necessary to ensure daily activity is updated.
  • Respond to service requests to verify nature and extent of issues, verify corrective action, recommend solutions, and verify quality of work
  • Assess work in progress to ensure compliance with contract, safety, and appearance standards; follows up with responsible parties to resolve open issues
  • Assist in the development of custodial service contracts by proposing contract terms, conditions, specifications, and modifications

What you need:

  • Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years formal training and or experience in Commercial custodial services.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and /or experience may be substituted for the above.
  • Possession of valid Class C driver’s license.

What we desire:

  • Former quality control experience in an industrial and/or commercial setting.
  • Experience with Microsoft software.
