Job Overview

The Digital Channels Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the Airport’s brand through our digital media platforms, including website, mobile app, and in-terminal touchscreens as well as our email marketing channel. This role requires a combination of creative thinking and technical savviness.

What you will be doing:

•     Working with representatives from different departments to understand their digital presence needs and requirements. Developing plans to provide digital solutions to these clients.

•     Responsible for digital channel analytics. Analyzing digital advertising data and KPIs to recommend budget optimizations and develop more effective campaigns.

•     Completing benchmarking reports on best-in-class digital experiences and market trends and recommends DFW's participation in digital technologies.

•     Providing analytics to track overall performance, including but not limited to, digital advertising performance, SEO, search keyword performance, website/app/touchscreen traffic and usage, etc.

•     Collaborating with Information Technology Services to ensure that third-party data be updated as needed, including but not limited to API, SDK updates to prevent or resolve any technical issues that might negatively affect user experience.

What you need:

•     Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, merchandising, communications, journalism, or related field.

•     Must have at least three (3) years of demonstrable full-time experience in paid digital channels, managing SEM, display, social media, and/or related digital channels for a large advertiser.

•     Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license.

What we desire:

•     Writing copy for web and chat bot and & AI platforms.

•     Knowledge of and interest in all things technology. This role interacts with the ITS department on a daily basis, and it’s critical that the candidate be comfortable discussing technical aspects of all marketing channels.

•     Knowledge of project management and planning.

•     Ability to work with customers to resolve questions, concerns, or suggestions.
