Initial Screening 

Is this role the perfect match for you? After reviewing your application, our Talent Acquisition team will reach out for an initial screening, typically conducted via phone or email, or virtual interview. During this stage, we’ll provide a comprehensive overview of the position and share what makes working with us exceptional. We’ll also take the time to learn about your skills, experience, and potential fit within our team. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any initial questions about the role or the company.

Assessment 

For some positions, you may be invited to complete an online assessment as part of the hiring process. These assessments, which could include leadership evaluations or role-specific exercises, help us gain deeper insights into your unique skills and potential fit for the role. Designed to complement the interview process, they allow us to understand your strengths in ways that interviews alone may not reveal. We’ll provide clear instructions and next steps within a timely manner.

Interviews 

We’re excited to learn more about you and see how you could potentially fit into our team. Each interview gives us an opportunity to better understand your background and can last anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, though we can adjust the time if needed. Depending on the role, the interview process may include one or more of the following: 
  • Technical interview: This may be a virtual or in person interview, where we’ll dive deeper into your background and experience. We use a competency-based, behavioral interview format to understand how you navigate the workplace and how your skills align with the role.      
  • Panel interview: Some roles may include a panel interview so you can meet more of the team you may work with. You may interview with team members, direct supervisors, or even other department heads in a panel format. For leadership roles or more specialized positions, you may also meet with senior executives. 
  • Executive interview: For certain positions, particularly leadership or strategic roles, we may hold an executive interview that involves members of the Executive Leadership team and possibly the CEO. These interviews are designed to evaluate cultural fit, your approach to leadership, and your long-term potential with the organization. We’re eager to learn how you work, your values, and what you can contribute to our culture. Regardless the type of interview, we will coordinate times that work for you and offer flexibility.

Job Offer

We take great care in making thoughtful decisions, and the timing of our response can vary. Depending on factors we must take into consideration, such as staffing levels, current work volume, popularity of the job posting, etc., you may receive an update within a week or more.
